Terms & Conditions

Security Deposit Collected at the time of Installation is Refundable only at certain conditions mentioned below:
1. Case 01: Terminating Link within 12 Months from the Date of Activation: Customer can claim 100% security deposit during the time of termination of the connection by surrendering the CPE Devices/Routers along with Original Box/Packing and Termination Box to Skynet Office in Working Condition.
2. Case 02: Terminating Link Above 12Months and Less than 24Months from the Date of Activation: Customer can claim 50% security deposit during the time of termination of the connection by surrendering the CPE Devices/Routers along with Original Box/Packing and Termination Box to Skynet Office in Working Condition.
3. Case 03: Terminating Link Above 24Months from the Date of Activation: If Device is used more than 24months or Termination Request is received post 24months after activation. No Refund will be Provided. Surrendering of CPE Device is not required in this case.
4. At the time of Surrendering the Equipment Customer must ensure that the CPE Devices/Routers along with Original Box/Packing and Termination Box is in Working Condition and is free from any visible damages.
5. In case if there is any type of Physical Damage or CPE Device is not in working condition or Original Box is Missing no Refund will be Provided.
6. Once Surrender Request is accepted, Security deposit will be refunded to customer within 7-15 Working Days via Cheque only. Once the Cheque is ready our Executive will call and inform the customer.
7. If the customer surrenders the connection within a period of 3 months of active paid usage, early surrender charges of 1000.00/- will be deducted along with any unpaid bills from the refundable deposit.
8. If the CPE must be returned in Working Condition and should be free from any Damages/ Visible Scratches or INK or Pen Marks or other Dirts else no refund will be provided. and customer can keep the CPE with them. Also If Adapter or Power Cable is Damaged or found not working at the time of return then 500.00/- will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
9. In case if the account remains de-active/expired for more then 90Days due to non payment of Bill/No Recharge for Continuous 90Days then the Security Deposit amount Paid at the time of installation will be forfeited and the account will be deleted. 1. In case of non payment of bill for more then 30days, Account will be automatically deactivated by the system.
2. Customer can Reactivate the Account within next 30days by clearing all outstanding dues. No Reactivation Charges will be charged within 30days from date of deactivation.
3. In case if the customer dose not clear the outstanding within the 30days from the date of deactivaion then customer must pay Reactivation charges of 500.00/- along with the outstaning dues.
4. In case if the account remains expired (without Recharging) for more then 90Days then the Security Deposit amount Paid at the time of installation will be forfited and the account will be deleted.
